In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the jetbuzz aff website, mobile application, and related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the Platform or is using its services. "We", "Authority", or "jetbuzz aff" refers to the entity operating the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. By starting to use any part of the Platform, the user agrees to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are asked not to use the relevant service.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the jetbuzz aff platform and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Any attempt by a person under 21 to register an account is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, the authority reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any stored balance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in withdrawal requests being put on hold during account verification.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jetbuzz aff currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). For bank transfers, major state-owned and private banks in Bangladesh — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank — can be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes of submission.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will generally be processed through the same method used for the original deposit. To withdraw any bonus funds, the wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be met. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbuzz aff offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash; the applicable wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Each promotion has its own minimum deposit and wagering requirements — these apply separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed on the same deposit unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• The authority may temporarily or permanently withdraw bonus privileges from any account, particularly if there is evidence of dishonest use of bonuses.
• Each promotional offer must be claimed within its specified time period.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The jetbuzz aff VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback on net losses — up to 0.4% for Bronze, 0.8% for Silver, 1.1% for Gold, and 1.5% for Platinum. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, the amount and terms of a bet are finalised before the event begins. For live betting, a bet takes effect from the moment it is accepted.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a round is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or a fault in the game software, the authority reserves the right to investigate and make any necessary adjustments. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or payouts may be voided by the authority.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated methods.
• Intentionally placing opposing bets to exploit bonus terms (bonus arbitrage).
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds or card.
• Any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. Giving any third party access to the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
